Concheros de Tlön is the aspiration of Banda Elástica to appear in the National Geographic. It is a prayerful song that seems to dissolve time or at least intrude it with glimpses of totality, of fullness. Its movement is perennial but provides a static sensation. Sound possession the appearance of the forceful voice, the time dilated now yes, close your eyes and smile.
Concheros de Tlön.
"Two musicians of elongated face sounded that kind of enveloping shawms, next to them, another one with a bad face and coarsely dressed played a strange kind of metallic lute, in the center, a little to the right, was the tub where the fat man, who was called "Gregorio" avoided drowning standing on his tiptoes and the water that constantly entered his throat allowed him to emit those horrible sounds; the other two singers (one very stumpy and the other tall and skinny) confused the audience since the small and chubby one emitted the low pedal and the second one sang high-pitched. A third one with no legs sang lead vocals. An octopod percussionist played a drum resembling a Hindu tabla with its multiple limbs and the dancers, static, only fluttered their eyes with circular movements..." GG

The band with their third album “Quiet Euphoria” presents the magical alchemy of surreal atmospheres, lightness, and jazz flavor to reach its stylistic and expressive peak. There is room for everything: experimentation, delicacy, and power, they all manage to coexist in this album with a thousand faces, very tight and full of feeling in a fully jazz-rock sound. newdawnofprog

This rather astounding record can't really be categorized - musically, it's so full of everything and so original that a short description is impossible. It is superbly played. The words are FANTASTIC and I would have chosen The Butcher as my favourite if the app had allowed me to ;-) Tom Landon
